We understand the dedication, effort, and sweat that are required to achieve your personal boxing and fitness goals. Our small dedicated team and exciting classes will help you to develop skill and coordination, build resilience, and build strength while improving the hauora of your whare-tapa whā (Hinengaro, tinana, whānau, wairua). We also offer one-on-one personal training sessions for those whānau members that may need some awhi along the way.
We work with rangatahi groups from 8-11 years old, 12-17 years old and provide classes to adults that incorporate bag work, pad work, and movement to prepare for footwork. At Dixon’s Boxing our values and rangatahi programs are built on the values of Whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, aroha and tautoko.

Here at our Nelson gym facility, we offer a full range of fitness activities and boxing is the foundation.
